You can receive your order in the Kasandra showroom (1g Shyroka Street, Lviv).

Delivery by Nova Poshta is also possible to post offices or to your address at Nova Poshta tariffs. Please note that delivery to address is possible only after full payment of the order.
Delivery is paid by the customer. Free delivery (to the Nova Poshta warehouse) is available only to Kasandra loyalty card holders with a 10% discount.

Orders are shipped from the warehouse daily, Monday through Friday, provided payment is received by 4:00 PM.

We also send shoes by courier in Lviv (at courier rates).

To other countries:

We ship orders by Ukrposhta or New Poshta Global worldwide on a 100% prepayment basis.

The cost is calculated when the order is sent, and the client must fully compensate for this amount after the shipment is made by our courier.

We offer convenient payment methods to choose from:

Online — secure payment at checkout via LiqPay or Monobank

In installments — buy now, pay over time with no markup
Cash on delivery — pay by cash or card at a Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery is available with a prepayment of ₴150 per pair, deducted from the total amount due on receipt)

If you decide to return an item, the prepayment covers the shipping cost.

Please note: Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee — 2% of the order amount + ₴20. This is the carrier's rate, not our markup.

International shipments are processed only with 100% prepayment.

The warranty period for the use of the shoes is 30 days.

The warranty period for wearing the shoes in accordance with the current standards is calculated from the date of sale through the retail network or from the beginning of the season:

Winter assortment - 15.11 - 15.03

Spring and autumn assortment - 15.03 - 15.05 and 15.09 - 15.11

Summer assortment - 15.05 - 15.09

When buying KASANDRA shoes, you get a seasonal warranty from the manufacturer for 3 months.

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, in their original packaging and with no signs of use. Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned.
