You can receive your order in the Kasandra showroom (8 Volodymyr Vynnychenko St., Lviv).

Delivery by Nova Poshta is also possible to post offices or to your address at Nova Poshta tariffs. Please note that delivery to address is possible only after full payment of the order.
Delivery is paid by the customer. Free delivery (to the Nova Poshta warehouse) is available only to Kasandra loyalty card holders with a 10% discount.

Delivery is carried out within 1-2 business days after payment. Usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

We also send shoes by courier in Lviv (at courier rates).

To other countries:

We ship orders by Ukrposhta or New Poshta Global worldwide on a 100% prepayment basis.

The cost is calculated when the order is sent, and the client must fully compensate for this amount after the shipment is made by our courier.

You can pay for the order: when ordering goods using LiqPay, or in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods at Nova Poshta (cash on delivery is possible only in case of prepayment in the amount of UAH 150 per pair). We compensate the prepayment from the order amount upon receipt of the goods. In case of refusal and return of the goods, the cost of delivery is compensated at the expense of the prepayment. Please note that if you order by cash on delivery, NP charges a commission of 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for the transfer of funds. Shipment to other countries is carried out only upon 100% prepayment.

The warranty period for the use of the shoes is 30 days.

The warranty period for wearing the shoes in accordance with the current standards is calculated from the date of sale through the retail network or from the beginning of the season:

Winter assortment - 15.11 - 15.03

Spring and autumn assortment - 15.03 - 15.05 and 15.09 - 15.11

Summer assortment - 15.05 - 15.09

When buying KASANDRA shoes, you get a seasonal warranty from the manufacturer for 3 months.
