PAYMENT
You can pay for the order in two ways: when ordering the product using LiqPay, or in cash when receiving the goods at Nova Poshta (cash on delivery is possible only in the case of an prepayment of UAH 150 per pair). The prepayment is compensated from the order amount upon receipt of the goods. In case of refusal or return, we do not return the prepayment. Please note that if you order by cash on delivery, the Nova Poshta charges a commission of 2% of the amount + UAH 20 for the transfer of funds. Shipment to other countries is carried out only upon 100% prepayment.
DELIVERY
You can pickup your order at the "Kasandra" showroom in Lviv. It is also possible to have it delivered by Nova Poshta or to your address. Please note that address delivery is possible only after full payment of the order. Sending to other countries is carried out by Nova Poshta Global or by Ukrposhta.
Delivery is paid by the customer. Free delivery is provided only to owners of TM Kasandra loyalty cards with a -10% discount on the territory of Ukraine.
