1. When you receive an order by Nova Poshta or in our showroom, you have the opportunity to inspect and try on the goods.
2. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods in the original packaging and without traces of use. The goods that were in use cannot be returned.
3. The goods exchanged or returned must be properly packed to avoid damage during transportation (if the goods are damaged as a result of failure to comply with this condition, no claims for exchange or refund will be accepted). The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods at his/her own expense.
Parcels with cash on delivery indicated on them are not accepted!
4. When returning paid orders, the funds are returned exclusively to the Client's bank card, after receiving and checking the goods!
5. When exchanging goods, if the amount of your new order is less than the amount of the returned one, we will refund the difference to you (applies only to cases when you exchange the goods for another one than the one you purchased). You can also leave such a difference as a bonus for your next order (the amount will be deducted), the storage period of the amount in the form of a bonus is unlimited.

The Seller reserves the right to terminate trading relations with the Buyer in case of disproportionate complaints or orders of a speculative nature.
