Season: Spring / Fall

External material: Split suede is a natural leather obtained in the process of layering, after removing the front layer of leather. It has a soft, velvety surface, is characterised by lightness, comparative water resistance and breathability, and retains heat well inside the shoe. The filaments look similar to velour, but have a higher density; Nylon is a fail-safe synthetic fabric that is highly resistant to wear and tear, and is impervious to moisture. It has a smooth surface with a characteristic light sheen. The material can be worn for a very long time without losing its aesthetic and practical properties, and is also resistant to chemicals.

Sole: TR (thermo-rubber) is an elastic and practical outsole that is non-slip, highly resistant to frost, durable and retains heat well. The material provides good grip, which is important in fall and winter, and is also resistant to aggressive materials.

You can receive your order in the Kasandra showroom (8 Volodymyr Vynnychenko St., Lviv).

Delivery by Nova Poshta is also possible to post offices or to your address at Nova Poshta tariffs. Please note that delivery to address is possible only after full payment of the order.
Delivery is paid by the customer. Free delivery (to the Nova Poshta warehouse) is available only to Kasandra loyalty card holders with a 10% discount.

Delivery is carried out within 1-2 business days after payment. Usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

We also send shoes by courier in Lviv (at courier rates).

To other countries:

We ship orders by Ukrposhta or New Poshta Global worldwide on a 100% prepayment basis.

The cost is calculated when the order is sent, and the client must fully compensate for this amount after the shipment is made by our courier.

You can pay for the order: when ordering goods using LiqPay, or in cash or by card upon receipt of the goods at Nova Poshta (cash on delivery is possible only in case of prepayment in the amount of UAH 150 per pair). We compensate the prepayment from the order amount upon receipt of the goods. In case of refusal and return of the goods, the cost of delivery is compensated at the expense of the prepayment. Please note that if you order by cash on delivery, NP charges a commission of 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for the transfer of funds. Shipment to other countries is carried out only upon 100% prepayment.

The warranty period for the use of the shoes is 30 days.

The warranty period for wearing the shoes in accordance with the current standards is calculated from the date of sale through the retail network or from the beginning of the season:

Winter assortment - 15.11 - 15.03

Spring and autumn assortment - 15.03 - 15.05 and 15.09 - 15.11

Summer assortment - 15.05 - 15.09

When buying KASANDRA shoes, you get a seasonal warranty from the manufacturer for 3 months.
